Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal — like beating an old time in the 100-meter dash.

Exercising can help you look better. People who exercise burn more calories and look more toned than those who don't. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight.

Exercise helps people lose weight and lower the risk of some diseases. Exercising to maintain a healthy weight decreases a person's risk of developing certain diseases, including diabetes and high blood pressure. These diseases, which used to be found mostly in adults, are becoming more common in teens.

The three components to a well-balanced exercise routine are: aerobic exercise, strength training, and flexibility training

I don’t remember so well, but  today I woke up and I was in shock because I had  horrible dream, I was in a clinic with a dentist but he saw me very rarely and I was afraid and he also wanted to kiss me! That sucks! And this all I remember.

I do not know but I have with frequently rarely dreams and I would like to know why this happens?  I have been reading and understanding some things like that, Dreams are a series of images and scenes associated with different sensations and feelings that remind you to wake up, but what exactly are they? Nobody knows. However there are likely many scenarios and versions.

I am very busy tonight, I have a lot of homework, and sleep but i turn off my computer until 1:00 am and now i am thinking of everything and anything, and I just want to know what will happen tomorrow I have curiosity, this weekend I have to do many things and I just wanted to be with my boyfriend because on Saturday 27, fulfilling a month of being together, 3 years and 8 months. All people hear that there are surprised and sometimes even myself. But not everything is happiness in a relationship there is everything, things like fights, anger, jealousy because   I am very jealous, but who is not jealous? Speaking of jealousy, what is the meaning of jealousy? I have heard one song that said “the jealousies are naughty, that are half lack of processes, and half lack insecurity” and I think this song says the truth, but scientists say it is an anxious emotional state experienced by a person and is characterized by fear at the prospect of losing what you have, or think you have. This is really complicated.

Well, personally I think that being a teacher means being the person to help and contribute their knowledge to children, which can give you the confidence and support in their time of sadness, joy, achievements and feel proud myself  to be the person that guides the child at the beginning of what will be your journey through education.

Be interacting with children helps to stop underestimating them and realize that they are capable of many more things than you had thought, so you can take advantage of this, building on prior knowledge they bring from home and expanded so that become meaningful learning, to help you throughout your life.

a cons could be that you find different types of families, who don’t understand the importance of education, which causes various problems such as not sending their children to school, thus depriving the kids  of this knowledge For this, the teacher should start managing the importance of education to several talks with parents, keep an open classroom where they allow people to see their work and the impact this has on the development and knowledge that are acquired along the way the child by the school.

in conclusion a teacher is the person who will help guide children throughout their development, which will provide the tools necessary to achieve meaningful learning, based on prior knowledge that children acquire from their experiences, respecting their levels work and ideologies which have at home, extending their expectations are not giving them the answers all, if not making the children realize that alone can make things.

Dear!  Grecia

I hope that when you  read this letter you are so well, I am fine i arrived  to México since Saturday morning  and I am so happy because my vacations were very funny and interesting  I enjoyed everything  I did. Paris is a beautiful city, people are very different but agreeable, and its monuments are very interesting, i visited the Eiffel tower, is great and beautiful, I get up and I could to see all the city, was a unique experience.  I took some photos I will go to send you.

Also I visited some stores and I bought a lot of things, for example clothes, shoes, bag and a red hat pretty nice!  But I will not forget you and I have a surprise for you, I hope that you can come very soon for to give it to you!

Well, that reminds me, I would like to know what happened with you, that what did you do on these vacations? Four weeks ago you told me that you wanted travel to Spain for visit your friends, did you traveled? I would like to know?

Well, here I leave a piece of my diary of my English class.

Hello! Dear diary today in my English class firstly teacher reviewed our homework and everyone step blackboard and wrote us ten words formations, when we finished to copy the teacher explained again the future will, future going to, future continuous and future perfect.

·         The formula for the future will is J + will +  verb in present + complement, and is used when you are sure about future using  maybe, probably, I think, I hope, perhaps and possibly.

·         The formula for future going to is J + be + going to + infinitive verb, and is used to fix a plan 100% percent sure

·         The formula for future continuous is J + will + Be + ing verbs, and is used for to talk about a continues actions at a certain time in the future.

·         The formula for future perfect is   J + will+ have + past tens verb, and is used to talk about an actions that completed before a certain time in the future.

When the teacher finished explaining all future times, said he had to do 15 examples from each time.

Which are posadas?

Posadas are traditional festivities celebrated in Mexico since 400 years ago, and these festivities start 9 days before Christmas, this is December 16^th.

These festivities recall the journey of José and Maria from their departure from Nazareth to Bethlehem where they seek a place to stay to await the birth of Jesus.

In my family we have traditions for many years to celebrate the posada; we sing carols, we ask posada, break piñatas and lots of beautiful things. Also we drink the classic ponche, this can not miss in this celebrations.

Hi everybody in these lines I want to write about December and all the festivities that this month has. December is the twelfth and final month of the year in the Gregorian calendar and has 31 days. Its name derives from being the tenth month of the Roman calendar.

December is for some the best month in the years because there are vacations, all the families are together; there are parties, festivities such as posadas, Chrismast dinner, gift exchanges and more things. Christmas begins with dinner on December 24^th and in this date I stay with my family in Carrillo with mother’s family but this year I will be here in Veracruz with my father I will miss my mom but I hope to have a good time.

Death

What the meaning death?

Death for some is the end of all the things, because they do not have Claire why the death became to world and also why another think that death can be the beginning of another stage, for those who believe in reincarnation is transition and for those who believe in Jesus Christ and meeting with a moment of great happiness. Scientists explain that death is, in essence, the extinction of the homeostatic process and therefore the end of life.

But ever been asked what happens after death?

This is one of the existential questions that many people have and as such do not have a concrete answer. I doubt anyone can know exactly and only someone might know the answer when it happens. While you're here you can only guess.
I do not think much about it, I just think it's like sleeping. Close your eyes and open them again, wake up and start a new day. When you die close your eyes and maybe you or your souls will reopen. Maybe in heaven or hell depends on your beliefs or perhaps someone who has just arrived.

This week has been pretty busy for me, because I have had exams, and when this time comes I am really stressed. Well among others things I am pretty happy because my dad told me that my brother has a Doberman puppy but he can not stay with the puppy and for this reason he want to give me it, i like the idea and thought the name that I will put, this will be “rocky” I am happy because I have never had a pet. Before I lived with my mom and she does not like the pet but my dad think different. Well this is all for today because I need to eat and then I will go to the university. See you soon!

The importance of studying a foreign language

Today learned some foreign language is pretty important for many reason. Firstly speak some different language open your mind and your perspective change and are very different.  Actually English is the best language with people can have a well communications all over the world. If you travel anywhere in the world and people don’t speak your maternal language, English will be your best tool to connect.

also speak English or some different language open for you many opportunities because on occasion in the workplace English is the keys to scale positioned. Every time is more companies that investing in language training of their employee or trying to recruit people with languages knowledge. Need not be only the staff who learn, the workers may also participate in the courses Language learning can improve their career prospects.

learning a language can increase your confidence and help you speak more clearly, which will help you express yourself better in their own language. Speaking the language of another person helps to understand their culture and way of looking at life the more people can do it, unless the barriers that divide people.

In conclusion I believe that knowing other languages do not have any points against and this gives you more tools to manage in the future, an educated person makes you learn new habits and know all  interesting things  and gives you better opportunities and I think it's never too late to learn to do new things like learning other languages.

In my past post I spoke about different social networks and their importance nowadays, but do you know the consequences that internet have in order to young people?

Firstly I am going to explain internet concept: Internet is a global medium that allows for easy communication all over the world. And as all people know in this time internet is pretty popular, because is an important tool, and also have for us a lot of facilities, such as:  The distance covered connection, ease of access, low cost, has a great potential to lose information, Time needed to obtain the results.

But all these facilities in the long run have consequences in order to young people because their spend a lot of their time on internet, in social networks such as facebook, twitter, youtube and others, also they prefer to download information from Google to read a book and all these things, affect their development in school, in their social live because their prefer stay on the computer that interacted whit others, when this happens, we can say that the guy or girl is addicted to internet. in some countries like Korea, where many young people addicted to computer games, they are sent to rescue school internet, to try to forget some of the internet and can lead a normal life, interacting with other young.

Deforestation

Deforestation is the processes of disappearance of the forest caused by the human activity.

Nowadays deforestations is a big problem that affect all countries, and this results in drastic climatic changes and is reflected in the global warming.

We can help recycling plastics, sheets, paper, for which the principal case of deforestations is created by the paper mills which cut trees to its trade, and also  the factories of wood which do the same things. 

the world in 25 years

Well, I think that in 25 years, the world will be populated by fat people; most of them are people who don’t progress. If we don’t take care our home will be full of garbage, it’s time to do awareness about environmental issues. It's pretty probably that the water runs out so we’ll have to develop technology to solve the needs of the population.

It’s so sad to think that we could be the blame and to provoke the destruction with our activities. Nowadays majority of people don’t know the importance to take care with the environment, nature, animals, among other things.

Maybe will have wars to conquer the resources remaining on the planet. Everything depends to us.

But not everything is wrong I can see the world with a lot of technology, with smart cars can be handled alone. Perhaps we will have mastered time and to travel in, or possibly overcome gravity to lower the stars of heaven, literally, possibly be able to travel at the speed of light...

I imagine the world with aliens walking among us and possibly us on other planets. There is a possibility of being evolved ones or possibly extinct, probably develop skills, senses and emotions. Nations we will be unified by globalization and economics, languages, etc…

It's in our hands the destiny of this planet, our home ... if we were capable enough to get where we are, we are able also to change our attitudes ... all depends to us.

macaroni penguins

The penguins are ocean birds, spend much of their lives in the sea where they played with great agility and derive from there the small crustaceans they feed. There are 17 types of penguins, in this writing I going to talk about macaroni penguins, this species is found in Chile an also in some islands of the South Shetland Islands, Subantarctic and Falkland Islands.

Macaroni penguins have a large population, there are about 9 million couples brooding, but despite its large population has been classified as vulnerable, as their population to shrink by 30 percent in the last three generations.

The name macaroni is due to an old fashion of young Britons who traveled to Italy and returned with streaks of dyed hair, very similar to those that have this penguin.

Social Networks

Social networks are a social structure composed for groups of people which are connected by one or more type of relationships such as friendships, kinships or common interest.

Nowadays social networks are pretty popular, because people can share photos, have conversations with old friends and with new people, also can upload videos.

The most popular sites in this time are:

 In ranked number 3: twitter, in this site people can write all the things that they are thinking with just 140 words, also people can interact with unknown people.

In ranked number 2: Facebook, this site is used to share pictures, videos, meet new people; also people can play in this site because that has many fun games and applications.

In ranked number 1: YouTube, in this site people can see a lot of kind of videos, and if people have a count in this site also can upload videos and comment about them.

In my opinion I prefer Facebook, because I have an account in this site and every day I check it and I have conversations with some friend that are away. Also I see their pictures and comment and also I play in my farm. The farm is a game where I have to plant, harvest, feed my animals to gain points and level up.

Last weekend

 Next weekend was very busy for me, on  Friday at night my little sister Isabel arrived to house I love her so much, we talk a lot about many things and I like when she visit me. Well on Saturday Isabel, Peter my boyfriend and me went out to the mall and I bought two t-shirt and a sandals because it was in offer, Isabel bought also two t-shirt and peter nothing because he only accompany us. When we finished to shopping, we was pretty hungry so, we decided eat in Kentucky, because we had a long time since we ate there. When we finished eating, we returned home, we were very tired because we walked a lot. Next day my father does not work and he decided painting the house and I called Peter to go and help my dad, later my sister Valeria arrived with her husband and when they finished painted we ate together and talked for a long time. I liked this weekend. :)

Well, today i am going to talk about family,

 What is the meaning of family for you?

Do you think that have a good family is important?

Firstly, family concept is the natural and fundamental element on the society.

And for me family is the base of everything is the values school, is the cell of the society, nowaday there are different kind of family, for example: nuclear families, monoparental families, and  Extensive families.

I think that have a family is very important, because when someone has a problem all the members can help to resolved it and it will be pretty easy. Also is pretty important to keep a healthy relations ship with all the members, because you can find support in them.

For example I have a monoparental family because I live with my father, and with my mom lives my little sister, but when someone has a problem my parents  talk and try to resolved it,  and this is good for all.

I'm pretty happy :)

Hi! Well firstly I don’t understand this things but I will try to write because I am not good for write. And in this moment I am pretty happy because is Friday and I will travel to carrillo for see my mom, and my little sister Isabel. Also I will not have classes until November 3 this is good!  And in this moment I am chatting with some friends because I can’t sleep, I don’t have the reason but While I am here in my laptop.
